CC 800^®/9 XL

From the outside you cannot see what lurks within. XL in the name CC800^®/9 XL stands, so to speak, for maximum coating volume and highest reliability with excellent quality – however, the resulting unit costs are kept to a minimum.

Ideally suited for series production with extensive amounts of coating, a CC800^®/9 XL system contains up to 16,400 indexable inserts or 4,500 drills or even components of up to 850 mm in length and 650 mm in diameter. Shuttle tables in appropriate sizes and the electro hydraulically driven trolley for transporting the complete tool batches enable the system to be quickly loaded and unloaded.

It goes without saying that the CC800^®/9 XL system offers all available CemeCon coating materials and the open software system offers space for additional individualized coating solutions.
