Do you need high-quality coatings for temperature-sensitive components or forming tools? Then the CC 800®/9 MLT is the right solution: specially designed for low-temperature applications from 180°C, it enables highly smooth and resistant coatings to be deposited even on heat-sensitive materials using the h.i.p. (high ionization pulsing) process.
In addition to the depositing of complex coating materials such as the supernitrides, ceramics can also be provided with a coating and ceramic coatings can be deposited.
Thanks to its modular design, the CC800®/9 ML is always at the forefront of development, just like all other CemeCon coating systems. The compact and easily accessible design of the system is extremely maintenance-friendly and easy to operate by production personnel thanks to complete process programs.
