CCDia®FiberSpeed

More and more high-tech materials, which can only be machined cost-effectively with diamond, are being used in the automotive and aviation industry. Nanocrystalline, smooth diamond coatings on fully-hard metal or cutting insert tools provide an excellent solution here. The high surface quality of the coating material counteracts the adhesive tendencies of the material. Thanks to the Multilayer structure, a high degree of durability together with resistance to abrasion is achieved.
