CemeCon produces your designed coating in one of the world’s largest coating plants. Approximately 3,000 different coating variants are produced here and daily up to 60,000 tools are coated with top-quality coatings.
For this, your tools are picked up by our delivery service and coated according to your specifications as quickly as possible.
Organization and trained experts
The large number of coating compositions requires excellent organization and specially trained experts. For this reason, various production lines were created which take into account the special features of the individual tool groups. Every production line has its own complete technology in order to meet the requirements of the various geometries and surface conditions of the tools.
The tools are already allocated to the appropriate production line on receipt of goods.

Adherence to delivery dates
On receipt of goods at the appropriate line, the tools are inspected and allocated to your production plans. In this process, a barcode is helpful for every item in carrying out the individual production steps and, of course, in complying with delivery dates.
