Universal, yet specialized

The requirements placed on modern coating technology are varied: a wide variety of applications, tools and components, coating materials which are enhanced and further developed at rapid speed and the demand for flexible batch sizes customized to the coating volume. In theory, this requires a number of different systems, but in practice CemeCon provides a solution with one single system: the CC800^®/9.

The Coating quality is the same on all available systems. Theoretically new and present coating materials can be used by all systems. All CC800^®/9 systems are quick, economical and flexible, and deposit high-quality, smooth and strong-adhesive coatings.

The CC800^®/9 is available in different model modifications and can thus satisfy our customers' requirements fully. All model modifications are based on the same platform. Thanks to this, adaptations and upgrades can be carried out quickly and cost-efficiently. Consequently each system can be adapted to the requirements regarding the coating volume increase.
